Catherine Fischer
President
Catherine brings 23 years of high school teaching experience across in-person, online, and blended environments, along with leadership roles supporting student transitions, resiliency, and inclusive education. She has led initiatives to create more inclusive classrooms and developed programs supporting at-risk students and families.
Catherine joins the EduLearn Academy Board as a passionate advocate for authentic relationships, student achievement, and advancing innovative, student-centered online learning in Alberta.

Billie-Jo Grant is a proud Métis educator and leader with over 25 years of experience advancing Indigenous education at local, provincial, and national levels. As Director of Indigenous Education with Wild Rose School Division, she leads initiatives focused on student success, cultural inclusion, and meaningful engagement with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities. She has held senior roles with organizations such as Rupertsland Institute and Les Femmes Michif Otipemisiwak, contributing to national education frameworks and early learning strategies.
An award-winning educator recognized by Indspire, Billie-Jo’s leadership is grounded in wahkohtowinkinship, relationships, and responsibility, guiding her commitment to equitable and responsive education systems.

Mark Wolinsky

Mark Wolinsky is the primary shareholder and operator of WETSTYLE and BEMMA DESIGN INC, Montreal-based manufacturers of luxury bath furnishings. An experienced entrepreneur with strong business and operational expertise, Mark has served as President of WETSTYLE since acquiring the company in 2008, successfully leading it through the financial crisis into a decade of sustained growth and profitability.
Originally from Edmonton, he is an avid Oilers fan and now resides in Montreal with his wife and two children. He holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Carmen Davison brings a well-rounded perspective to education, having supported five children across private, public, national, international, and online schools, while advocating for gifted, average, and neurodiverse learners. Through her work with educators and administrators, she is passionate about helping children thrive in the right learning environments.
With 22 years of experience as a professional realtor, Carmen also helps families find homes aligned with the best school opportunities and looks forward to connecting more students and families with EduLearn.

Tammy Wolinsky
Executive Director
Tammy Wolinsky, founder of EduLearn Canada and EduLearn Inc., is an experienced educator specializing in English Language Development and Diploma Preparation across the United States and Canada. Since launching EduLearn in 2021, she has grown the organization to support over 250 students annually with a team of more than 40 staff, generating approximately $250,000 in annual revenue.
Her experience includes teaching in Los Angeles, New York City, and Canada, where she also served as an inclusion coach and practicum advisor at Ambrose University and taught in the English upgrading program at Mount Royal University. Tammy continues to work directly with students while leading EduLearn’s mission of accessible, high-quality, personalized education.
